Day One: Tacoma to Boise, ID

I am off on a whirlwind 10 day tour of several of our beautiful national parks, plus the Grand Canyon with my sister and her two kids. I'll be posting pictures as I go along. I hope you enjoy this trip as much as I will!

The Bear went over the mountain.... and she saw the other side of the mountain!!

We crossed the Cascades north of Rainier and as we drove south I got to see my mountain from a point of view that I don't often have... the East side! Then we continued south on the east side of the Cascade range until we crossed the mighty Columbia and entered Oregon

And then a quick run to Hot Lake Springs!

Then on into Idaho and a break from the road!!
